Brian Liles
Executive Vice President – Principal
Brian earned a degree in Business Management from California State University at Fullerton. Brian not only has 25 years of management experience with Fortune 500 companies, but he also has over 22 years of experience in the Energy Savings Industry, completing over $215M in energy projects. During this time, he has completed numerous lighting projects, including national rollouts for a variety of companies across the United States and internationally.
- Brian and his wife, Mandy, have two sons, Austin and Justin. In Brian's free time, he enjoys wine tasting and playing golf.
William Hein
Vice President
After earning a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Oklahoma, Bill began his finance career as an investment securities broker. Later, his career path took him into the publishing industry. He then went into marketing services, where he established a highly successful company serving some of the largest retailers and energy companies in the United States.
Bill’s involvement in marketing led him to the HVAC industry, where for 25 years, he served in various sales and marketing executive positions with large manufacturers. He spent ten years as Vice President of International Sales and Marketing for a large multi-company division for a prominent commercial HVAC company serving more than 30 countries. Included in Bill’s career is serving as VP of Business Development/Product Development for an international company developing energy-efficient water heating and wind-powered electrical-generation products. Before joining CSSI® Energy Services, Bill was working as a consultant in product development and marketing systems development.
